Dow Announces Price Increases in North America for Specialty Acrylic Monomer Products

Midland, MI - March 28, 2005

The Epoxy Products and Intermediates (EP&I) business of The Dow Chemical Company, is increasing prices in North America for two of its specialty acrylic monomers, Hydroxyethyl Acrylate (HEA) and Hydroxypropyl Acrylate (HPA).

List and off-list prices for HEA and HPA will rise by $.10 per pound. The increases are effective April 1, 2005, or as contract terms permit.
